Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to interact politely and positively with guests and team members
  • Capacity to handle cash reliably
  • Ability to use computer systems and databases
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, carry up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and climb stairs
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Three to six months of related experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of computers and property management systems

Job Duties

  • Serve as the face of the hotel at the front desk
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Handle cash responsibly and reliably
  • Use computers, databases, and property management systems to manage reservations and payments
