Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a restaurant host or hostess preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk extensive distances
- Basic computer proficiency, especially with reservation management systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry moderate weight
- Capacity to make quick decisions and handle high-pressure situations
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Refined verbal and written communication skills

- Extremely detail oriented and organized

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the Watertable restaurant
- Provide efficient seating accommodations based on guest preferences and availability
- Offer menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries to enhance dining experience
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with Hyatt standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any concerns promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with restaurant servers and management to uphold service excellence
- Utilize Open Table software to manage reservations and seating assignments
