Job Requirements
- 6 months of experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- powered equipment certification for counterbalance forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck (required or must be obtained)

- high school diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months of retail experience preferred
- 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department preferred
- 6 months of experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles preferred
Job Duties
- Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
- keep staging areas clean, organized, and safe
- deliver excellent service by choosing high-quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates
- operate and maintain certification for powered equipment such as forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck
- follow all safety requirements
- support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintaining SIMS compliance
- partner with leadership to resolve short picks
- complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks including audits, order follow-ups, and locker management
- report safety or theft concerns promptly
- achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication and teamwork skills
- perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
