Job Requirements
- Applicant must be 16 years of age or older
- no prior experience necessary
- must obtain a food handler's permit once hired
- available to work 10-15 hours per week
- available to work weekend shifts between 9AM and 6:30PM
- able to work additional hours during holiday seasons
- able to perform repetitive tasks with physical stamina
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience necessary as training is provided
- previous experience in retail, bakery, or restaurant setting is a plus
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring precise hand movements
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for long periods
- strong attention to detail
- diligent, organized, and self-motivated
- able to prioritize workload and work independently
Job Duties
- Follow the Nothing Bundt Cakes frosting recipe and application methods with precision to achieve productivity goals
- utilize bakery equipment to frost cakes accurately and efficiently
- ensure an adequate supply of frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case
- maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels
- adhere to the proper product rotation standards, helping maintain frosting and refrigeration logs
- monitor inventory of frosting supplies
- evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure Nothing Bundt Cakes standards are met
- clean, sanitize, and restock the frosting work station
- comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures
- maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record
