Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate computer systems and handle payment processing
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to support colleagues
Job Duties
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs
- Handle room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
- Secure payment and verify and adjust billing
- Activate and file room keys
- Process all guest requests and relay messages
- Print contingency lists for emergency records
- Identify and explain room features to guests and provide directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and local areas of interest
