Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

  • Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs
  • Handle room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
  • Secure payment and verify and adjust billing
  • Activate and file room keys
  • Process all guest requests and relay messages
  • Print contingency lists for emergency records
  • Identify and explain room features to guests and provide directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and local areas of interest
