Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage multi-line phone system
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under stressful conditions
- Availability to work part-time hours as scheduled
- COVID-19 vaccination highly recommended but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and basic office software
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Experience working in senior living or healthcare settings preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents and guests
- Manage multi-line telephone system
- Provide information and assistance regarding community services
- Perform general administrative and office duties
- Maintain composure while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure quality resident and guest experience
- Assist with scheduling and visitor management
