Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Ability to manage multi-line phone system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under stressful conditions
  • Availability to work part-time hours as scheduled
  • COVID-19 vaccination highly recommended but not required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar public-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and basic office software
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation
  • Experience working in senior living or healthcare settings preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents and guests
  • Manage multi-line telephone system
  • Provide information and assistance regarding community services
  • Perform general administrative and office duties
  • Maintain composure while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Coordinate with other staff to ensure quality resident and guest experience
  • Assist with scheduling and visitor management
