Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher
  • prior office or administrative experience preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Word
  • ability to type at least 60 words per minute
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to operate a multi-line phone
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby
  • availability to work Monday through Friday

Job Duties

  • Provide exemplary customer service

  • manage uniform deliveries and pickups
  • maintain inventory spreadsheets
  • operate a multi-line phone system
  • type at least 60 words per minute
  • log visitors and assist walk-in interviewees
  • maintain cleanliness of front desk, admin offices, and lobby area
