Job Duties
- ensure the Arch Amenities Group experience for members and guests by maintaining company standards
- adhere to facility and company policies
- report incidents or accidents to the Facility Manager
- submit paperwork and financial reports as required
- maintain accurate department maintenance procedures and checklists
- conduct monthly inventory of supplies and products
- develop facility knowledge to effectively communicate with members and guests
- enforce access control to ensure safety and security
- greet guests warmly with direct eye contact
- assist members and guests with reservations, directions, and inquiries
- use time efficiently by checking equipment, locker rooms, and inventory
- keep reception area clear of clutter and personal items
- communicate shift information to colleagues and maintain staff communication books
- inform facility manager of any facility or member issues
- enroll members in programs and make spa or training reservations
- process payments and reconcile daily sales and deposits
- assist staff with lifting and storing equipment and preparing for events
- perform additional duties as assigned
