Job Duties
- Greet families professionally both in person and on the phone
- answer patient and family questions and seek clarification when necessary
- employ empathy and active listening in difficult situations
- support patient care quality initiatives
- coordinate escalations and urgent issues for timely resolutions
- communicate with site leadership to manage complex patient issues
- manage patient flow and assist with self-registration
- maintain accurate patient records and uphold HIPAA compliance
- handle patient documents and correspondence appropriately
- perform opening and closing duties including organizing and sanitizing
- align with ongoing education regarding workflows and technology
- execute other duties as assigned
