Job Requirements
- Secondary school certificate preferred but not required
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Greet all members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Cover the front desk during building business hours and serve as an on-site point of contact at the Community bar
- Ensure visiting guests are registered and checked in according to guest policies
- Provide orientation of spaces and relevant information to first-time visitors and guests
- Issue and collect keys from members and guests as needed
- Keep the front desk clean, organized, and free of clutter at all times
- Notify members of any food deliveries and packages
- Learn the names of members and guests and build relationships
- Keep track of relevant member notes and information in WeWork systems
- Answer questions from members and guests knowledgeably and promote WeWork products and services
- Identify opportunities to celebrate member milestones
- Explain WeWork policies and procedures to members and guests
- Recommend local amenities such as restaurants, catering, and service providers
- Assist with mail and package handling including receiving, processing, sorting, and organizing
- Monitor spaces and make adjustments as needed to maintain appearance and functionality
- Help maintain building amenities such as restocking community treat bowls and printers
- Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, escalating and recording as necessary
- Take direction from Community Associate, Lead, and Manager to support Community team
