Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in front desk or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in using front desk management systems such as Opera
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- positive attitude and a service-driven mindset

- Previous experience in front desk, night auditor, and Opera system preferred
- ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Review arrivals noting special requests and blocking rooms as needed
- check in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner
- answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably
- complete all items on appropriate shift checklist by end of shift
- conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms including VIPs and repeat guests
- follow established key control policy
- ensure proper credit policies are followed
