Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience as a Cook Prep Cook Food Service Worker or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
- Willingness to undergo lift testing as part of hiring process
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8 00 AM to 1 00 PM
- Compliance with Oklahoma State Department of Health guidelines
- Ability to follow standardized operating policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
- Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience as a Cook Prep Cook Food Service Worker or equivalent
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to follow standardized operating procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to perform lift testing and other physical job requirements
Job Duties
- Prepare main entrees snacks and catering items for district needs
- Follow Oklahoma State Department of Health food preparation and storage guidelines
- Adhere to standardized operating policies and procedures
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas
- Monitor food quality and safety during preparation and service
- Coordinate with the Food Services Coordinator to meet daily service requirements
- Participate in lift testing and other physical assessments as part of employment process
