Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience as a Cook Prep Cook Food Service Worker or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
  • Willingness to undergo lift testing as part of hiring process
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 8 00 AM to 1 00 PM
  • Compliance with Oklahoma State Department of Health guidelines
  • Ability to follow standardized operating policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
  • Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience as a Cook Prep Cook Food Service Worker or equivalent
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Ability to follow standardized operating procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to perform lift testing and other physical job requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare main entrees snacks and catering items for district needs
  • Follow Oklahoma State Department of Health food preparation and storage guidelines
  • Adhere to standardized operating policies and procedures
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas
  • Monitor food quality and safety during preparation and service
  • Coordinate with the Food Services Coordinator to meet daily service requirements
  • Participate in lift testing and other physical assessments as part of employment process
