Job Requirements
- Must understand oral and/or written instructions
- Must interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members
- Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract(s)
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements including state or federal background screenings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with drug-free workplace policies including drug testing
Job Qualifications
- Basic literacy skills to understand oral and/or written instructions
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
- Capacity to follow organizational screening and eligibility requirements
- Willingness to learn and perform job duties as assigned
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Perform contract duties safely as assigned by management
- Provide quality customer service at all times
- Learn all aspects of the job and demonstrate willingness to acquire new skills
- Interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members
- Adhere to emergency operations work assignments as required by the customer
- Travel to various locations and work in varying weather conditions as needed
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all safety protocols
