Job Duties

  • Preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps
  • Juicing and preparing ingredients used to create beverages
  • Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Filling in other areas such as stocking, cashiering, or other food production during downtime
  • Using rotisserie oven to cook multiple times per day
  • Utilizing broaster to cook chicken tenders, wings, fish, and potato wedges
  • Taking temperatures of cooked foods and cold foods
  • Changing oil in broasters
