Job Duties
- Preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps
- Juicing and preparing ingredients used to create beverages
- Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Filling in other areas such as stocking, cashiering, or other food production during downtime
- Using rotisserie oven to cook multiple times per day
- Utilizing broaster to cook chicken tenders, wings, fish, and potato wedges
- Taking temperatures of cooked foods and cold foods
- Changing oil in broasters
