Job Duties
- Prepare sliced meats and cheeses, make sandwiches and wraps
- prepare ingredients used to create beverages
- follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- fill in other areas such as stocking, cashiering or other food production areas during down times
- use rotisserie oven to cook up to three times per day
- utilize broaster to cook chicken tenders, chicken wings, fish and potato wedges as needed
- take temperatures of cooked foods and cold foods
- change oil in broasters
