Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to operate meat slicer (must be 18 years of age to operate meat slicer)
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps
  • Juicing and preparing ingredients for beverages
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Fill in other areas such as stocking, cashiering or other food production during down times
  • Use rotisserie oven to cook multiple times per day
  • Utilize broaster to cook chicken, fish, and potato wedges as needed
  • Take temperatures of cooked and cold foods and change oil in broasters
