Job Duties
- Preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps
- Juicing and preparing ingredients for beverages
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Fill in other areas such as stocking, cashiering or food production during down times
- Use rotisserie oven to cook multiple times per day
- Utilize broaster for cooking chicken and other items
- Take temperatures of cooked and cold foods
- Change oil in broasters
