Job Duties

  • Preparing sliced meats and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps
  • juicing and preparing ingredients for beverages
  • following all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • filling in other areas such as stocking, cashiering, or other food production areas during down times
  • using rotisserie ovens to cook up to three times per day
  • utilizing a broaster to cook chicken tenders, chicken wings, fish, and potato wedges as needed
  • taking temperatures of cooked and cold foods
  • changing oil in broasters
