Job Requirements

  • must be 21 plus years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • native or highly proficient fluency in english and a designated target language reading, writing, and speaking
  • must pass a rigorous third-party language proficiency examination
  • valid passport granting unrestricted access to global destinations
  • flexibility to work varying schedules including multi-day international trips weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • translate critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
  • provide culturally attuned customer service
  • assist passengers with customs and immigration forms
  • provide rapid translation during emergencies
  • execute standard pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties
  • deploy emergency equipment and perform premium meal services
