Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Possess full range of auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities
- Meet physical requirements including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible availability for part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to complete physical demands including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Proficiency in operating equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental needs
- Maximize revenue opportunities by offering products and services
- Overcome customer objections
- Provide world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttle customers to and from vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
- Operate office equipment such as computer terminals and telephones
