Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Capacity to perform physical job functions
- Ability to operate necessary office and operational equipment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to shuttle customers driving vehicles safely
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must possess all auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Knowledge of equipment operation including computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental
- Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections
- Ensure customers receive world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttle customers to and from vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
- Operate equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Perform essential physical functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
