Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Capacity to perform physical job functions
  • Ability to operate necessary office and operational equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to shuttle customers driving vehicles safely
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Must possess all auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
  • Knowledge of equipment operation including computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Ability to work flexible part-time hours
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Job Duties

  • Consult with customers on their rental
  • Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections
  • Ensure customers receive world-class customer service and sales support
  • Shuttle customers to and from vehicles
  • Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
  • Operate equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
  • Perform essential physical functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
