Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Availability to work flexible, part-time hours
- Must possess the necessary auditory and speaking capabilities to perform job functions
Job Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to perform essential physical functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Proficiency with equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental
- Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections
- Ensure customers receive world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttle customers to and from rental locations
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
- Operate computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Maintain a high level of communication and customer engagement
