Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- physical capability to perform essential job functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- knowledge of equipment operation including computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine

Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental
- maximize revenue by actively offering products and services
- overcome customer objections
- provide world-class customer service and sales support
- shuttle customers
- prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
