Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Physical capability to perform essential functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Experience with basic office equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Initiative in customer service situations
- Ability to operate computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Capable of sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading as required by the job
Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental
- Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services
- Overcome customer objections
- Ensure world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttle customers
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning
- Assess damage to vehicles
- Fuel and refill all fluids in vehicles
