Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ability to perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, and pulling
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in operating office equipment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- proficiency in using equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines

Job Duties
- consult with customers on their rental
- maximize revenue by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections
- ensure world-class customer service and sales support
- shuttle customers
- prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning vehicles
- assess vehicle damage
- fuel and refill all fluids in vehicles
