Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- capable of sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- prior experience in customer service preferred

- strong oral and written communication skills
- demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative
- possess auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities
- ability to operate computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine
Job Duties
- consult with customers on their rental
- maximize revenue by offering products and services and overcoming objections
- provide world-class customer service and sales support
- shuttle customers
- prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning vehicles, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
