Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, climb, push, pull, and lift as required
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Auditory and speaking capabilities necessary for customer interaction
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Capable of completing all essential physical functions of the role
- Proficient with equipment operation including computer terminals, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental needs
- Maximize revenue by offering products and services
- Overcome customer objections effectively
- Ensure world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttle customers between locations
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
- Operate equipment such as computer terminals and telephones
