Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to handle physical job requirements including lifting and prolonged standing
- Must possess necessary auditory and communication capabilities
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to perform essential physical functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing and pulling
- Proficient in operating equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Experience in customer service roles preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail in vehicle preparation and safety
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental
- Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services
- Overcome customer objections
- Ensure world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttle customers to and from rental locations
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning, damage assessment, fueling and refilling fluids
