Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to operate office and rental equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Must be able to shuttle customers safely

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Proficient with computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Ability to hear, speak, write, see, and read effectively
Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental
- Maximize revenue opportunities by offering products and services
- Overcome customer objections
- Provide world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttle customers as needed
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
- Use equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
