Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to operate office and rental equipment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible part-time hours
  • Must be able to shuttle customers safely

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, lifting
  • Proficient with computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
  • Ability to hear, speak, write, see, and read effectively

Job Duties

  • Consult with customers on their rental
  • Maximize revenue opportunities by offering products and services
  • Overcome customer objections
  • Provide world-class customer service and sales support
  • Shuttle customers as needed
  • Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
  • Use equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
