Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, and pulling
- strong communication skills both oral and written
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- basic computer proficiency
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- consult with customers on their rental
- maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections
- ensure customers receive world-class customer service and sales support
- shuttle customers
- prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning vehicles
- assess vehicle damage
- fuel and refill all fluids
