Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related food and beverage supervisory experience
- Current Food Handler Card or certification in process
- Knowledge of liquor laws and service regulations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a hotel environment
- Thorough knowledge of food outlet operations and service techniques
- Current or in-progress Food Handler Card
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
- Ability to handle pressure and stressful situations
- Basic understanding of beverage equipment operation
Job Duties
- Ensure guests receive outstanding guest service by maintaining a friendly environment and providing product knowledge
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores to meet or exceed goals
- Handle planning and execution of hotel-sponsored events
- Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings
- Analyze and monitor day-to-day operations reports, financial statements, and labor costs
- Oversee outlet scheduling and payroll management
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies
