Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of related food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Current Food Handler Card or certification in process
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and service regulations
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a hotel environment
  • Thorough knowledge of food outlet operations and service techniques
  • Current or in-progress Food Handler Card
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
  • Ability to handle pressure and stressful situations
  • Basic understanding of beverage equipment operation

Job Duties

  • Ensure guests receive outstanding guest service by maintaining a friendly environment and providing product knowledge
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores to meet or exceed goals
  • Handle planning and execution of hotel-sponsored events
  • Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings
  • Analyze and monitor day-to-day operations reports, financial statements, and labor costs
  • Oversee outlet scheduling and payroll management
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies
