Job Requirements
- Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays
- able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis
- able to lift and move up to 20 pounds occasionally
- punctuality is critical
- hours occasionally vary according to business needs
- ability to stand and/or walk for four-hour periods
- ability to perform all duties satisfactorily
- willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- prior hospitality experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome hotel guests and ensure servers are aware of guests seated in their section
- set up the coffee bar in the lobby by 6:00AM, properly restock with freshly brewed coffee, coffee cups, lids, sugar, milk, stirrers and cream
- clean all menus and set them out on the bar
- make sure all chairs and tables are clean and properly set up
- welcome guests with proper salutation, inquire their room number and last name, and walk them to their table
- inform guests their server will assist them shortly
- assist servers with refilling coffee and water during free time
- manage waiting list and seat guests in lobby when no seating is available
- maintain coffee bar clean and restocked until 10:00AM
- maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings and hotel amenities
- properly close down coffee bar at the end of shift, leaving it clean and organized
- clean menus and store them away
- perform additional duties as requested by supervisor
