Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to high school graduate
- experience in customer service or related field preferred
- must possess a valid Class C driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- ability to operate office equipment including data entry keyboards, copy and fax machines, and printers
- ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- ability to perform light maintenance tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- availability for weekday and occasional weekend shifts
- must be able to interact professionally with the public and work cooperatively with team members
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- willingness to adapt to schedule changes approved by the supervisor
Job Qualifications
- Possession of an appropriate, valid driver’s license, Class C, with satisfactory driving record
- education equivalent to high school graduate
- experience and/or training providing knowledge of customer service, modern office methods and practices, filing systems, receptionist and telephone techniques, letter writing, proofreading and editing, basic business mathematics, and computer software programs
- ability to operate office equipment such as copiers, calculators, and printers
- strong communication skills
- ability to express ideas clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- ability to effectively prioritize tasks

- awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity
Job Duties
- Serves as front counter receptionist
- greets the public in a professional and cheerful manner
- answers the telephone
- works with other front counter staff
- creates flyers, brochures, announcements, and other graphics on the computer
- makes copies for various programs
- gym set-up and tear down of benches, bleachers, tables, volleyball equipment, and pickleball nets
- performs light maintenance including sweeping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and throwing out trash
- assists with special projects as assigned
- performs related duties as assigned
