Job Duties

  • Responsible for floor care including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets
  • Caretake all common areas including café, lounge, kitchenette, and meeting spaces ensuring cleanliness and tidiness
  • Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways regularly and as needed
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas on a regular schedule
  • Maintain corporate office patio cleanliness and readiness for use
  • Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, paper goods, bathroom supplies, conference room materials, and perform dishwashing
  • Schedule and coordinate with vendors as assigned, such as recycling services
  • Keep storage areas and cleaning carts well-stocked, clean, and organized
  • Dust furniture, window seals, and equipment regularly
  • Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations, media equipment, and furniture as requested
  • Move and arrange furniture as needed
  • Perform janitorial, maintenance, and grounds duties including touch-up painting and changing lightbulbs
  • Perform additional duties necessary to achieve company and departmental goals
