Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-end event planning experience
  • Proven ability to deliver white glove service to executive/VIP clients
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms
  • Strong event management skills from concept to execution
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel for events

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in high-end event planning, preferably luxury event or wedding coordination
  • Proven expertise in white glove service and working with executive/VIP clientele
  • Proficiency with Canva or other design tools like Adobe Express or InDesign
  • Ability to manage events from concept to execution with a strong aesthetic and logistical skill set
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel for off-site or destination events
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end corporate functions preferred
  • Portfolio of designed event materials preferred
  • Background in interior design, floral coordination, or event styling is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills

Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end event planning for executive-level gatherings
  • Deliver white glove service ensuring seamless luxury experiences
  • Design and curate custom event programs, signage, name badges, presentations using Canva or similar platforms
  • Manage themes, decor, timelines, vendor relationships and day-of coordination
  • Partner with leadership to define event goals, brand alignment, and audience engagement strategies
  • Source and manage luxury vendors, venues, and entertainment
  • Oversee budget management, logistics, run-of-show documentation, event setup and breakdown
  • Provide on-site leadership to ensure flawless event execution
  • Coordinate RSVP processes, guest communications, and executive briefings
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to assess success and identify growth areas
