Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Willingness to travel seasonally with flexibility Wednesday through Sunday
- Ability to attend mandatory training events
- Hands-on ability to provide taping services at events
- Commitment to teamwork and demonstrating a positive attitude
- Physical ability to handle setup and breakdown tasks
- Reliable and punctual

- Related work experience in events or customer service
- Ability to learn and become knowledgeable about company products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and sales transactions

Job Duties
- Contribute to the flow of operations during events to ensure smooth running including setup, breakdown, activities, and tear down
- Set up product displays, arrange merchandise, and maintain booth cleanliness
- Coordinate with event organizers for booth placement and permit requirements
- Provide superior customer service by being friendly, approachable, and helpful with product-related inquiries
- Promote products and services, provide taping services, and answer questions
- Handle sales transactions including payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain communication with team members and event representatives
- Manage inventory including restocking merchandise and tracking sales
- Network within the community and sporting industry for event opportunities
