Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service preferred
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Project professional appearance and manner
- perform customer service duties including offering directions to seats, restrooms, and concessions
- tear tickets and provide data for Drop Count to the Box Office Manager
- assist patrons to their proper seats and answer questions
- secure door entrances and exits
- secure mixers, barricades, and help clear and control aisles
- keep aisles and other areas clear
- assist in inspection of prohibited items entering the venue
- monitor patron access areas and report potential hazards
- keep unauthorized persons out of restricted areas
- help enforce venue policies and procedures
- aid patrons in emergency situations
- check out/in uniforms and equipment
- monitor seating issues during events and report problems
- help strike chairs and clean up seated areas after events
- complete incident reports as required
