  • Experience with Resource25 or other event management software preferred
  • Knowledge of campus or event venues preferred
  • Experience working in higher education preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as primary venue representative throughout full event lifecycle
  • Conduct site visits advising clients on venue suitability and services
  • Support clients in identifying event needs and creating logistical plans
  • Provide logistical guidance including cost estimates and policy information
  • Coordinate with internal partners for event execution
  • Maintain documentation and update event management systems
  • Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor event plans for policy compliance
  • Troubleshoot challenges and offer solutions
  • Represent campus with professionalism and client-service orientation
  • Collaborate with senior staff on audiovisual needs
  • Assist in improving event planning processes
  • Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional service
  • Respond to client needs with urgency, flexibility, and good judgment
