Job Duties
- assist the manager with day-to-day tasks
- respond to client emails and schedule appointments
- create cake orders, catering quotes, and day itineraries using google docs
- schedule client meetings
- use ms office tools including word and powerpoint
- track bill payments and maintain office documentation
- organize physical and electronic office files
- handle new hire paperwork
- maintain exceptional customer service
- work independently and follow instructions
