Job Duties

  • assist the manager with day-to-day tasks
  • respond to client emails and schedule appointments
  • create cake orders, catering quotes, and day itineraries using google docs
  • schedule client meetings
  • use ms office tools including word and powerpoint
  • track bill payments and maintain office documentation
  • organize physical and electronic office files
  • handle new hire paperwork
  • maintain exceptional customer service
  • work independently and follow instructions
