Job Requirements

  • One plus year experience in event production, logistics, or program coordination
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Own vehicle
  • Vehicle insurance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to navigate stairs or tight spaces
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-service mindset
  • Highly organized
  • Adaptable to last-minute changes
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to travel and occasionally stay overnight

Job Qualifications

  • One plus year experience in event production, logistics, or program coordination
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, vehicle and insurance
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs or tight spaces
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Highly organized and adaptable to last-minute changes
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently on the road
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Drive to events throughout Eastern Washington state in your own vehicle
  • Load, unload, and set up event materials
  • Coordinate day-of logistics with school staff
  • Assist presenters with costumes
  • Troubleshoot onsite issues such as space constraints and equipment glitches to keep events on time
  • Break down materials, pack equipment, and return items
  • Track inventory, complete setup/takedown checklists, and report mileage
