Job Requirements
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
- Must be able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must meet federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Must be willing to participate in the interactive process for reasonable accommodation if needed

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in completing craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup emergency plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and credit card programs
- Educate customers on voice of customer surveys
- Assist with omni-channel services including buy online pickup in store and ship from store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and merchandise maintenance
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- Interact respectfully with customers and team members
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
