Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- follow procedures for chemical cleaner and power equipment use to prevent damage
- notify manager of repair or maintenance needs
- establish and maintain effective communication with clients and team members
- comply with safety, security, and quality standards
- clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, walls, and equipment
- move furniture and equipment to clean areas
- clean glass surfaces and wash blinds
- gather and empty trash
- perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal and landscaping
- clean and maintain restrooms
- wipe and clean food area furniture and equipment
