Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using basic office software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
- Assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite scheduling, payment, and cleanliness
- Manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- Ensure amenities are maintained in tour condition and ready for resident use
- Develop and execute resident events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- Create assessment metrics to evaluate program success
- Maintain information on local area businesses and maintain positive relationships with concierge vendors
- Monitor and respond to the Lifestyle email account
- Create and distribute monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers for activities and events
- Monitor and submit content for Resident Portal postings
- Participate in ensuring Greystar sales and marketing standards are met
- Provide input into budget development for activities and manage expenses accordingly
