Job Requirements

  • prior experience in customer service or property management
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • proficiency with computer systems and software

  • ability to handle multiple priorities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • ability to develop and execute community programs
  • experience collaborating within a team environment
  • knowledge of marketing and sales support techniques
  • familiarity with real estate community amenities and operations
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
  • assist with property tours
  • answer and route phone calls to appropriate team members and assist with service request callbacks
  • maintain guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
  • manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • develop and execute creative and dynamic resident events, services, and programs
  • maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and concierge vendors to support residents
  • monitor and respond to Lifestyle Email Account and assist in marketing and awareness efforts
  • create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers featuring community activities
  • participate in the enforcement of Greystar sales and marketing program standards
  • provide input and manage budgets related to planned activities and resident retention
