Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to greet and assist prospects and residents professionally
- Experience in managing schedules and coordinating events
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to use email and software for communication and marketing
- Attention to detail in managing guest suites and package deliveries
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and coordinate events effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures their comfort while they wait
- Assists with tours as needed
- Answers phone calls and routes them to appropriate team members
- Assists with completed service request call backs
- Maintains guest suite schedules ensuring payment and cleanliness
- Manages and monitors move-in and move-out schedules for loading dock and elevator use
- Manages all package deliveries by documenting and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensures amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develops and executes innovative and dynamic events, services, and programs utilizing amenity spaces
- Monitors and responds to the Lifestyle E-mail account ensuring timely communication
- Creates and produces monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers with activities and events
- Participates in ensuring Greystar sales and marketing program standards are met
- Provides input into budget development for activities and manages expenses within budget
