Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Ability to greet and assist visitors professionally
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with phone and email communication
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate events
  • Availability to work part-time hours
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized

Job Qualifications

  • Competency in using computer software for communication and marketing materials

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait
  • Assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
  • Assist with service request call backs
  • Maintain guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
  • Manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative and dynamic resident events, services, and programs
  • Track and assess program success using outcome metrics
  • Maintain information on local restaurants, shops, and services
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors and local businesses
  • Respond to Lifestyle E-mail account and coordinate with Lifestyle Team for timely responses
  • Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers for events and activities
  • Monitor and submit Resident Portal postings
  • Participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
  • Provide input on budgets for resident activities and manage expenses to budget
