Job Requirements
- Smartphone with data plan
- open-bed pick-up truck required
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- pass a standard background check
- pass a drug test
- availability to work Thursday through Saturday evenings starting at 8 PM
- ability to follow policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in waste collection or similar field preferred
- ability to operate smartphone collection apps efficiently
- strong physical condition to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to work independently without direct supervision
- effective communication skills for team coordination
- familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
- valid driver's license for operating an open-bed pick-up truck
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within assigned apartment community
- transfer collected waste to onsite trash compactor
- clock in and out using collection software on smartphone
- work scheduled routes Thursday through Saturday evenings starting at 8 PM
- manage workload independently or as a team member
- adhere to safety and company policies
- maintain active and timely completion of assigned tasks
