Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation including pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Smartphone with data plan
- Willingness to work evening hours
- Ability to follow policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in waste management or related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- Work 5 nights a week, Sunday - Thursday
- Start at 8:00 PM and be done by 11:00 PM -12:00 AM
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned trash areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
