Job Requirements
- Access to a reliable open bed pickup truck
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Availability for evening shifts as scheduled
- Physical fitness to perform repetitive lifting and walking
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in waste collection or similar physical labor preferred
- Reliable access to an open bed pickup truck
- Proficiency with smartphone use for communication and navigation
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Dependable and punctual with evening availability
- Strong work ethic and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment communities
- Load collected trash into an open bed pickup truck
- Transport waste to onsite compactors or trash bins
- Navigate stairs and various terrains during collection
- Adhere to scheduled evening shifts with punctuality
- Communicate effectively using a smartphone with a data plan
- Maintain safety standards while carrying up to 50 pounds of trash
