Job Requirements
- Access to a reliable open bed pickup truck
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance
- Availability to work evenings from 6PM Sunday and 7PM Monday through Thursday until completion
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Commitment to reliable attendance
- Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and walking tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in waste collection or similar physical labor preferred
- Ability to safely operate and maintain a pickup truck
- Good physical condition to carry up to 50lbs without assistance
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to use a smartphone with data for communication
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned communities
- Load collected trash into pickup truck
- Transport trash to onsite compactor or disposal bins
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness during collection routes
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Ensure timely completion of shifts
- Follow safety guidelines when handling waste
